Christine Ries specializes in international trade and investment policy, as well as foreign exchange and its management. She is an expert on capital control in emerging markets, the political and economic effects of capital controls and the impacts of foreign exchange rate crises on corporate investments and value.
Ries studies and teaches principles of free market economics and their application in corporate decision making and the creation of economic value for companies, states, and countries.
