Stamps President's Scholars

Creating the Next

Stamps President's Scholars

Why should you apply Early Action? Three words:

Stamps.

President’s.

Scholars.

What is the Stamps President's Scholars Program?

A four-year, full-ride scholarship covering tuition, mandatory fees, housing, meal plan, books, and academic supplies, personal expenses, and a stipend during freshman year for a laptop.

The scholarship also comes with $15,000 for select experiences like study abroad, unpaid internships, unpaid research, or conferences, etc.

If you apply for the Early Action decision to Georgia Tech:

  1. You will be considered for the Stamps President’s Scholars Program.
  2. You will also be considered for our Honors Program.
  3. There is nothing extra to fill out on your application.
  4. You are not obligated to attend Georgia Tech if you are admitted.

Will you make the cut?

Who knows. We’re the first to admit it’s a long shot — less than 2 percent of the freshman class is ultimately selected.

Still, we often wonder: Who among our brilliant and talented students might have missed their chance at the Stamps President’s Scholars Program simply because they waited until after the Oct.15 Early Action deadline to apply?

So, if you’re looking at Georgia Tech, we encourage you to apply Early Action and put yourself in the running for the many financial and developmental opportunities the Stamps President’s Scholars Program has to offer.
