The Allen-Davidson-Coleman XR Makerspace in George Tower opened on Aug. 17 to introduce students to the possibilities of extended reality (XR), immersive technology, and hands-on innovation. The event gave first-year students an opportunity to explore equipment, connect with the XR Makerspace team, and learn how they can bring their ideas to life through virtual, augmented, and mixed reality experiences.
