The Board of Regents convenes for its monthly meeting Tuesday at the University of North Georgia in Dahlonega, where it will discuss matters affecting the various University System of Georgia institutions. Chief among those discussions will be a vote on tuition for the 2014-15 academic year.
The two-day meeting will also cover requirements and effects of the Affordable Care Act, real estate and facilities, and consolidation updates, including the recent announcement to merge Southern Polytechnic State University with Kennesaw State University.
