The weeks surrounding final exams can be a tough time for students. Several student groups and others across campus are here to help.  

Check out one of these stress-free events to relax and de-stress during finals. As you head into the final days of the semester, follow these tips to stay healthy and manage your stress. 

 

When: Tuesday, Dec. 3, all day 

Where: Campus Recreation Center 

Campus Recreation’s De-Stress Fest is packed with activities to help you relax heading into finals. The free, all-day event consists of group fitness classes, doughnuts, rock climbing, and more.  

Plus, group fitness classes are free at the CRC through Dec. 12. View a full class schedule

Where: Lobby, Van Leer Building 

The Wellness Empowerment Center has partnered with Happy Tails to bring pet therapy to the Georgia Tech community.

Enjoy an evening of lively jazz with Georgia Tech’s Jazz Combos, featuring student musicians performing classics and new arrangements.

If you’re looking for a relaxing study environment, join Women in ECE for a study session.

The National Organization of Black Chemists and Chemical Engineers will host its final social of the semester with games and snacks to fuel your mind and body before exam week.

Where: Grove Level, Price Gilbert Memorial Library. 

Take a study break and relax with therapy dogs from CAREing Paws at the Price Gilbert Memorial Library.

First-gen students will be able to focus on studying for finals and take breaks to mingle with the Latin American Student Organization.

The Georgia Tech Library invites you to join them for snacks and counseling in preparation for finals.

Engineers Without Borders will hold a final study session in the Kirkwood Room at Exhibition Hall.

The Wellness Empowerment Center hosts a Tea Time Study Break. Enjoy free pizza and hot drinks for students and make your own calming jar.
