Institute Diversity is proud to announce that Georgia Tech received the Higher Education Excellence in Diversity (HEED) Award from INSIGHT Into Diversity for the second consecutive year.

The Taste of Atlanta food festival being hosted in Technology Square from September 25 to 27 will cause traffic alterations.

This year’s goal is to raise $375,000 and have 1,500 employees participate.

On September 9, Institute Diversity hosted the Seventh Annual Diversity Symposium, an all-day forum for robust discussions among faculty, staff, and students on issues tied to building and sustaining an inclusive campus community.

The Staff Council will host its second town hall of 2015 on Tuesday, Oct. 13, from 11 a.m. to noon in Room 152 of Clough Commons.

Last month, the Student Government Association (SGA)’s Cultural and Diversity Affairs Committee began seeking signees for its Campus Inclusivity Pledge, asking all students, staff, and faculty to underscore their commitment to a positive campus culture.

Two upcoming events will provide the campus community with updates on Tech’s educational innovation ecosystem and forthcoming renovations to the Library.

The award celebrates research that "makes people laugh and then think."

Women from Georgia Tech and beyond will gather on campus on Nov. 7 for a day of networking, leadership development, and celebration.

This week SGA will showcase the initiatives they have been working on through collaboration with departments across campus.
